SO DISGUSTED BY CUSTOMER SERVICE

I recently went to AR to have my car checked as it was not working as normal. After 3 days and countless phone calls of NO feedback and uhms and ahhs as to what is actually the problem I decided to physically go there. After being spoken to in such a rude manner the owner tried to me out of a lot of money (yes i am a women). Apart from him treating me like an imbecile and quickly lowering his initial price 3 grand LESS, this only after i brought in a male friend to see what is the problem, he also put the phone down in my ear after asking if my car would be ready on it's due date, (no it wasn't as wrong parts were ordered). I am actually so disgusted as to how people in this industry women because the truth is yes we don't all know what goes on under neath the hood but don't try one up yourselves and our money!! BAD BAD BAD attitude and service and in future id rather go pedal my bicycle to work and have my car on BRICKS before i ever go back to AR again!!!
