DAMAGED VALVES!!!

There was absolutely nothing wrong with my car yesterday when it was driven to the service providers premises. It was booked in for a major service. I informed him about a fuse light which I wanted them to sort out. NOTHING ELSE because there was no other problem. At 3pm I get a call from Norman WACKO that my valves of my car was bent because the cambelt bolt wasn't fastened properly. I drive that car everyday, the campbelt was changed last year June sometime and it has never given me problems. If there was a sound or anything on my engine I would've asked them to check it out. I got a second and third opinion from reputable mechanics and both confirmed that its alot of bull that these people are feeding me. because if my bolt was loose the car would've made a horrendous noise. What could've happened was they started servicing the car and never did a proper job with the cambelt and took it for a test drive. I drove my car there in a roadworthy condition and now I must get a tow truck to tow it away, plus the extra expense of thousands now to have my valves done. They refuse to take any responsibility. Anyone reading this, DO NOT EVER TAKE YOUR CAR TO THESE PEOPLE!!!
