My postal package is still not delivered and it has been in postal since 2013/02/12.

This is NOT ACCEPTABLE! I will ensure that i will never make use of this service ever again. Also NOT to recommend this service to anyone. This is the worst service ever. I know all about the strikes involved, and even that in consideration this is ridiculous.
