I have had very bad service from VW Soweto. Took the car for a service and it came back with a noise. Basically the car was taken back to them twice and on both occassions was told that I would be contacted for an arrangement.
Again I asked for a quote for continuation of the maintanance plan and no one has come back to me in this regard.

I have been dealing with Ntsoaki Nhlapho and her manager and her service is pathetic. I need the car to go back to them and they need to fix it. If this is still not resolved I WILL be contacting the motor industry ombudsman. I await a call
