No stock ever available

Its now the second time i have made use of this company and twice they had to order stock. Upon collection this afternoon at 2pm - as told by the guy who works alone in the parts department-my part wasnt there as prommised. On both ocations we saw the parts managers office, but no manager in sight! How much more poor is service in SA going to become? Sis maccarthy hatfield!!!
