Account Re-fueling/Deposit

I rented cars before through Argus Car [URL Removed] This time it went through First Car Rental, after I picked up the car R9000 deposit was slapped on my credit card. This did not happen before. On the way back to King Sharka from the South coast I filled up with petrol at the South Coast Ultra Shell, there was no petrol stations on route on wards. So the car was not 100% full anymore. But at most it could be R50 or so. I received an invoice of R737.55. Contract fee of R60.00 and REFUELING OF R677.55. How is that possible when I filled up R389.05 when the petrol tank was on half. This is a rip off. And I am still waiting for a response to my query with them. My deposit should have been paid back to and I did not receive it yet. In the mean time I am paying interest on this. I will never use First Car again. Very bad business practice.
