First Car Rental
Double debit for rental

On 15.8.2013 I hired a car from First. I was charged R4410 for the hire and a deposit of R2000 for petrol (excessive!) as well as R7000 for insurance excess. On 24.8.2013 I returned the vehicle and about 3 hours later a charge of R4860 was put through my credit card. This was R4410 rental and R 460.78 for petrol. The R4410 was already paid and the R460.78 should have come out of the petrol deposit.. This was a double charge and despite saying that they will get back to me and/or phone me back, I have been unable to get my money back.
