Left stranded

I was left STRANDED for almost 2 hours yesterday after calling Club McCarthy when my car wouldnt start.
I Called at 15:45 to get someone to jumpstart me.By 17:05 no one had arrived and I had to find someone to jumpstart me. I called again at aprox. 16:45 and the consultant assured me that someone was on the way, AND that she would call me back to see if I was sorted. No such call was ever received. Up till now still no one has even made contact to see if I made it home. I have a 1 yr old to get home to, feed and bath. When I finally fetched him he was starving. This broke my heart. This is by far the most pathetic service (bearing in mind that I'm a lady... this was a potentially dangerous situation). I've never been more upset by this standard of service in my entire life. In future I'd rather just call someone else and just pay for a little help.
