I had parcel sent to me by a supplier via Speed Services on Wednesday, with the caveat ' it might take longer because of the strike' (why the use them) this is a perishable product too, by Monday it will be dying. Calls to the call centre never answered despite holding on for hours. sms reply says tracking number doesnt exist and online tracking ceased on Thursday morning. How the are small businesses supposed to cope?
