OVER CHARGED AND UNPROFESSIONAL

I got a quote to repair my car and after telling me that the car would be ready in a weeks time I eventually got an sms from them telling me that my car was ready for collection and what the amount is that I had to pay which was the same amount as on the original quote. When I got there the hub cap and stone chip guard wasn't replaced yet After another two days at the panelbeaters they send me another sms to tell me that the car was now ready for collection and it now costs more. I don;t know why as the repair work that was supposed to have been done hasn't changed and nobody even bothered to phone me to tell me that I will have to pay more all of the sudden. When I asked Ryan why that is he said that the parts has gone up now and that there is nothing he can do for me and that I must pay or else I won't get my car back. I find it strange that from the Wednesday when the car wasn't finished properly to the Friday which is two days that the price can go up with about R500.00 . It feels like I have been robbed.
