Audi 16000 km and seized motor

Bought a new Audi A3 tfsi 1.8. Drove it for about 8000km and then the car had no performance what so ever,
long story short Audi replaced my hole Clutch unit and so forth.

last month i took my car for a service and then i was told that my passenger's side window does not work they will replace it after they have received the parts.(Still not done) Umchlanga

13/03/2013 i drove my car on my way home late at night and as i passed a truck (accelerated to pass) as I changed gears the engine just Stopped.

Long story short the engine was seized and they state the refs was at 9088rpm's. The warranty will not cover the cost. First off all i did not drive that fast to reach that rpm's, secondly my car only goes to 8000 rpm's. and to my understanding the car has a limiter and would have started to cut out, but it did not do that?
My car has got 16200km on it! This is rediculous

This is the second time that i had to be towed in and i don't even own the car a year.
Why should i pay this if this could not be true?
it seems that you have a warranty, up in till the car is broken then you have nothing.

Has this happened to anyone else? DOES'T THIS SOUND A BIT FAR FETCHED?
