Peugeot 3008 - Awesome Car, Shocking Service!!!

6 Weeks and counting that I am waiting for Peugeot South Africa Customer Relations Supervisor (Jermaine Wood), PSA Commercial Officer or PSA Technical Officer to walk out of a very loooooong meeting to call me back? 6 Weeks?!?

Refer to case 190558 dated somewhere in the latter half of 2012 and hopefully carrying the status of "Pathetic service and nowhere closer to being resolved...".

Refer to the 3008 Spec & Feature brochure (01/2012) that you should have somewhere in your archives and map my complaints to your empty promises.

When will you live up to your written commitments that I paid for months ago based on the Peugeot Empty Promise (PEP), a term that I unfortunately got to learn after I paid? You will not do me any favours, you will merely meet you obligation by delivering on your promises.

I am waiting, tick tick tick...
