KIA SA - Terrible service and after sales custome

In Feb 2012, i purchased a brand new Kia Koup.
Now, a year later, i have decided to trade in the vehicle.
I went back to the same dealership and dealt with the same salesman.
I took an Optima for a test drive whilst they had an evaluator look at my
vehicle with regards to a trade in. They told me that they would get
back to me the very next day. This did not happen. I took it upon myself to call
the salesman to find out what was happening. He told me he would call me back.
I still await his call 2 months later. Since then, i have been to 2 other dealerships.
Upon evaluating my car, they tell me that the xenon lights & sunroof
are aftermarket fitments, therefore the value of the car is much lower than it should be.
This was confirmed by KIA Pinetown. The vehicle came off the showroom floor with these "options" fitted.
Why do they offer options that de-value the vehicle?
I've since been in contact with KIA SA.I dealt with a consultant by the name of Jessica Coombs.
I was met with the same unprofessional treatment by her.
Nearly 2 months has since passed. After numerous emails & calls, i am still to hear from this consultant or KIA.Is this the kind of service that Kia clients are expected endure?
