I was in the market for a new car and had done my extensive research as a responsible consumer. I was looking for a great car, at the price I wanted that provided value for money. I had a few options lined up but Renault came out the best by far. In a time where most sales staff have become complacent, I found the reception at Renault Pinetown like a breath of fresh air. The salesman who attended to me, Ernest Dismore, was polite, friendly, LISTENED to what I was looking for and engaged my family who were important influences in my decision-making. First thing on Monday morning I received a follow up call and was met with personalized service, detailed and informative correspondence and a general "what can we do to help" attitude by the entire team. Needless to say by the end of that week, I purchased my brand new Renault Sandero 1.6 and I haven't been happier! Not only is it a fantastic car - more power for your money, good looks, space and fully loaded specs - I have full confidence in the back-up service of the staff at Renault Pinetown. Headed by a knowledgeable Vicky Pillay, sales manager, the Renault Team Pinetown are a force to be reckoned with in this fierce industry!
