Goods posted from Edenglen to Melville Jan 2013.. Speed services envelope delivered to Melville post office EMPTY, with speed services envelope cut from one side to another, customer was requested to open in front of manager to confirm goods missing and a claim could be submitted to Speed services.
Contacted speed services and advised that if the item had no insurance, there could be no claim from Speed Services.. Thanks speed services, you just confirmed that you are permitting YOUR staff to the items with no insurance as the customers cannot even log a complaint of from the company.. Search hello Peter and look how many cases have been reported on Hello Peter. Surprisingly, how many people do not log a complaint against this company as well..nice little industry your staff have got going, and management don't do anything about it.. As a customer, we can't even log a complaint with s/services as they are not interested.. maybe cases should be opened with South African Police so that you can start reacting the the customer complaints.. No wonder Speed Services is a company that does not want to respond, you don't want anyone interfering in your staffs activities
