Cellphone removed from package

I sent a package with speed services on the 8/01/2013.
The package contained a blackberry smart phone (charger) wrapped in two t shirts.

It was sent from Sunninghill to Amalinda, East London. When the *sealed* package arrived in East London and my brother collected it. The phone had been removed. Only the t shirts remained.

After been given the run around by the two post offices and speed services someone helpful at speed services said she would get the written complaint from Amalinda and I need to fill in a claim for that will be mailed to me. Never received it. phoned again for it still nothing. so phoned again today and the lady said she would send it right away. Still nothing so I am not sure their email works?

It's now been close to a month and I paid speed services for someone on there staff to help themselves to MY property.
