Unsatisfactory service

Our car was booked in early December for repairs due to hail damage. Some of the parts had to be ordered from Italy so a delay there is understandable but 3 months seems ridiculous! We eventually got an sms on the 26th of feb telling us that the car was on the assembly line. From the beginning of this week (4th March) we have been calling them asking what the latest is on the vehicle only to be put on hold, cut off or when we actually get through to someone to be told that we will be called back, which has never happened! The service has been very disappointing!
