PATHETIC SERVICE EVERY TIME

I have had to make use of skynet at work for a good few years and being a large company, they make their fair share of money out of us. Over the last 18 months their service has spiralled so far down that I think I would be better off using carrier pigeons. They do not collect or deliver on time. Yesterday morning at 8h15 I called to book a collection and SAME DAY delivery of some vitally important documents. Needless to say those documents have yet to be delivered, and as I type this I have been on hold for over 20 minutes. This late delivery could cost my company millions in orders - what recourse do we have? I had called the centre on Monday afternoon to try and book the collection but was told same day deliveries can only be booked on the day of collection. I am going to tell my accounts department to cancel our subscription with skynet but I wish I could speak to someone in management to tell them what a useless business they run. ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC!!!
