Brand new tyre burst the same day

I received an out of office notification from Michelle saying she was out of office and will be back at work on the 25th of Feb, therefore will respond to my complaint once she's back. Till today i am still waiting for her response. Also Dunlop hasn't come back to me regarding their promise that they will do an investigation and come back to me. I did send a response to both Dunlop and Michelle saying i'll be waiting for their response.
