Just Group Africa unadvertised rules

I bought a car from just group africa and took the 200 kilometer advert plan. A few days later they called to say they have received 3 SMS with my advertised code and asked if I want to change to the "drive while you earn" plan, I agreed, thinking I can change back to the original plan. So now I want to do that since I never saw a center from the supposed SMSs and obviously there is no way for me to know if I'm entitled to payment or not. So they just said "sorry, can't do, rules". I would urge anyone thinking of this not to do it at all.
