Transaction went thru twise

I stopped at Shell Golden Meadows which is cnr Witkoppen & douglas road Fourways (10January). I bought things inside the store and payed with my card. First they say it was declined (didn't got a slip as proof) and they tried it again. As I was leaving the garage I received 2 smses stating the transaction went thu twice. I stopped there the 11January and explained to the manager what had happened and he promise he will sort it out and will let me know. I haven't heard anything. I stop there this morning and there where no manager on premises.
