I strongly suggest that General Motors must remove the Chevrolet Trailblazer from the market as your support structure for this brand new vehicle is pathetic and non-existent to say the least.

To wait nearly three (3) weeks for parts, there are no windscreens available, no tow bars, no front nudge bars. Then a client is forced to only deal with General Motors Customer Care which has a service level of ZERO! As a client who spent nearly a half a million rand on a vehicle and to be treated as I have been treated? The last thing the customer service advisor told me who is employed by GENERAL MOTORS I assume, when I informed him of my concern and complaint, I did request they arrange for a courtesy Trailblazer vehicle as I have a large family and a normal Chevy Spark won't suffice, he informed me that I must then rather contact the repair company where the Trailblazer must be repaired and that they must organize a vehicle for me. SHIFTING ANY FORM OF RESPONSIBILITY BEAUTIFULLY!!! WELL DONE GENERAL MOTORS!!! 10 OOUT OF 10 FOR THAT ONE!
