Very poor client service

My VW Polo's headlights had to be replaced (for the third time in two years!). I went to VW Barons to request that the headlights be replaced. At the 'Parts & Services' counter, I had to wait approximately 15 minutes before I was helped. Eventually, a young women who is barely audible and who wasn't in staff uniform, asked me to go upstairs... They are busy with renovations, so needless to say, the physical space is an absolute mess.

Upstairs, a male staff member who was more interested in the music on his earphones, told me very abruptly that he can't help me, and that I should go to the workshop. From there I tried to find my way to the workshop, where nobody seemed to be interested in assisting me.

Overall, the standard of client service at Barons VW is extremely poor. I most certainly will not consider Barons Bruma in future for any service that needs to be done.

I don not require a response to this letter as another brance was able to assit me. Management at Bruma need to seriously jack up their client service!
