Ono at autoquip centurion is dishonest!!!

I took my car on friday the 22 feb to have the allignment done and to fit a spiket ring on the one wheel.
i dropped the car off and dealt with an arrogant sales person called bono. i then went for my friday prayer and returned later to fetch the car. after i payed i left immediately as i was late for a work function. i saw a lady behind me flashing and immediately stopped. she informed me that my right rear wheel was wobbly and was going to fall off.i had no jack/wheel spanner in the car so i called bono and explained what had happened and he told me "the car was like that when i braught it" and put the phone down on me after i asked to speak to the manager. at this time my battery was about to die and i managed to call my brother to ask him to send someone to help me. i was stuck on the road for 2 hours. i then called the manager and he offered to send someone to help me. when i managed to get back to the shop bono just laughed. what if i had my 2 year old son and was driving on the highway and the wheel came off? what then? peter the acting manager was very helpful but bono wasnt. my hub has been re-tapped but i am still taking legal action as my this is gainst the CPR ACT!!!
