A brand new car (Dodge Journey 3.6) that I had purchased from New Vaal Motors had mechanical problems (Drive shaft). After an unpleasant encounter with the New Vaal Motors staff, car was finally replaced as per my request, thanks to the General Sales Manager. However, the new car, now a 4x4 Jeep Grand Cherokee 3.6 Overland also has mechanical problems, suspension issues! Call this UNLUCKY HEY! What hurts me the most though, is the treatment I get from the Dealer Manager named Donovan. At first, he tried pinning the damage on me, that it is my fault. I am such a gentle and careful driver, I drive this 4x4 as if driving a small fragile car, that's how gentle I am with cars. He has such a defensive and abrasive attitude, my heart takes such strain just from talking to him. I suppose because I have been unlucky in that I purchased 2 cars of different make and they both showed trouble within two weeks - Donovan must have concluded I am negligent and a reckless driver. As a FEMALE customer of this dealership, I get treatment inferior to that given to my husband. So whenever my husband gets involved, I am no longer treated inferior, all of a sudden I become important and special
