Nothing beats dealing with a friendly staff member, face to face, than a call centre agent who is hardly vested. Desiree made my extension of my vehicle such a pleasure, and made sure i was able to use the caras long as i needed.

Just goes to show that there are still people out there who are great in the service industry. Im not sure if she is the branch manager, but if she is not, then someone should promote her.
