Always a pleasure

I travel to Durban at least once a week and I always have a car booked through Avis. The staff at the King Shaka International branch, whether they are dispatching cars are receiving cars at the returns, are always friendly, professional and very helpful. Many of the staff members know me by now and always make me feel welcome. In particular, Elton, the manager, Desiree (maternity leave) and Denise provide excellent service, always a pleasure.
