They are helpfull and knowledgable. Super friendly and make dealing with a call centre (which we all dread) an absolute pleasure!! Awesome service!! Keep it up ladies! Nate and Bassi, you guys are great. What an assest to Outsurance! Keep it up! I defo will be an advocate for this company due to the service these 2 staff provided!
