Worst Service EVER

Shivani does loans for vehicles even if your black listed. 29 january 2013 i enquired about a loan and sent her all my documents, she came back to me saying that it was approved, and then asked for my fiances documents, i sent it to her and she never came back to me, i emailed her about her poor service on the 21 st feb and she apologised saying she was sick and she will come back to me asap, and suprise suprise i still havent heard from her. if this is how she deals with clients then she shouldnt even be in the industry. definately worst service ever!!!
