Bought a car never had it for a month

Mark, with all respect I want this deal cancelled, I have bought this car 3/01/2013 however I have not had the car for one day. I were told 2 weeks ago the vehicle will be totally repaired with a new gearbox??? However on the 20/02/2013 I got an e-mail that R8000 has been claimed from my warranty I took out on the vehicle however you are repairing the vehicle! For a week I do not hear a word about the progress to find out today 23/02/2013 that the salesman is no longer working there due to the way business is done regarding vehicle are sold. The lend car you gave me even have more problems? I left message as Carl was handling my Carl however everytime he was our left messages to eventually get him on his cell whereby he told me the gearbox was only reconditioned and not replaced with a new one! They apparently put 4 new tyres to make up for the inconvenience. I have driven 12 BMW through my life and knows if a gearbox are recondition, you can experts more problems as that care has been not looked after! This car I am buying for my wife and twins of 4 years, I could not let them drive with it and not to be worried as they live in the Northern Cape. Cancel deal and pay back deposit
