WHAT ISN'T WRONG

My car got booked in to in Jan 2013. 2 weeks go by with no phone call and no communication. When ever i phone in i get put through to a lady that takes my number and says someone will phone me back. No one does. No matter how hard i try. I finally got my vehicle back 4 weeks later. They damaged the top roof lining. never fitted original headlamps like the quote said. There is polish and buff marks everywhere. The driver that delivered me my vehicle left me with enough petrol to park the car... that's all it had. The customer service and their work quality IS ABSOLUTELY AND COMPLETELY TERRIBLE. I feel sorry for the person that takes their car to these people
