Water in Petrol

Good afternoon
I am very unhappy about BP Motordeal in Duncanville's service. I filled up my tank on 18 February 2013 and afterwards my car broke down and had to be towed in, Willie of Village repairs in Vereeeniging told me the problem was water in my petrol and he had to remove the petroltank and throw away half of my petrol. After I got my car back I went to BP Motordeal and explained my situation to the manager, he treated me very badly and refused to repair the damage or even listen to me. He just went on about how there is no water in his tanks and that I am the only one that complained and he will do nothing about it. He also said I can go to his boss and he will tell me the same: they won't take responsibility and won't listen or repair the damage.
Again, I am very unhappy about how they treated me, it is unacceptable and if they won't listen to me then this is the way I must handle it.

I want an answer from BP south africa and they must investigate this problem.
