Lack of communication

After placing an order for a Kia sportage in October 2012, to this date, Kia is unable to tell me when the Sportage will arrive. I don't understand how this is possible. Surely you will know when the next batch of cars will be arriving, where they will be delivered and when I should receive a vehicle. However, this is not the case. Surely Kia need to know this information? Or at least give me an estimate of when I shall receive my vehicle.
