Kia does not return the money due to me

I bought a fuel pump for my Kia in December 2012 for R399. I returned it on the 9th of January 2013 and since then I have been unable to get Kia to return the money to me. First they claimed that they cant repay the amount in cash. Then they claimed that there was a mishap because my check was never processed, Then it was processed but it took 7 days to have it signed off and payed into my account. It is 6 weeks later and I have still not received the money due to me.
