I went to Danmar for a quote for my insurers and they were very good with assessing the car and supplying the quote and so I chose their quote to give to my insurance.
Once my insurance had accepted the quote and I could proceed with getting my car fixed by Danmar (in January 2013) I have had continual problems in terms of customer service. I do not want to leave my car with them because I understand that way, I could be without a car for months so instead I paid a deposit for parts and phone and email them on a regular basis to get feedback on when my parts will be ready, and I get promised a return phone call and get nothing! To boot, reception dont know how to handle the calls properly, leaving me with an even more dissatisfied feeling towards Danmar and my car hasnt even been fixed yet! I am guessing once my car is with them I am only going to experience more problems.
