In October 2012, I purchased a 2nd hand car from Bressan motors. Upon inspecting the car, I specifically asked the dealer if the car had a demister - he replied "yes" and showed me. He stated that the indicator switch & air conditioning would be sorted at the dealership's expense.
Within the first month, I noticed, & notified him:
1.) the demister was not functioning
2.) the right side speaker was faulty; randomly switching off and on.
I also noticed a "different sound" when driving, which I didn't recognise, thinking it may just sound different because its a wide-tyre model; not like my previous car, so didn't mention it.
The dealer collected the car for liscencing it for me & to take to his workshop: they gave a report that the demister was functioning. I I took it for 2 second opinions, and both reported it is NOT functional; the whole back screen needs replacing - at a cost of R2000. When I told him this, I was told by him that I had accepted the car "as is" & they were not responsible to replace it. I've since discovered the "different noise" is actually the ball bearings which cost R1100 to repair.
I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service on these issues!
