DHL trying to rip off

What's with this R100 disbursement fee that you are trying to bill me? i already paid for your services to ship and now you are trying to add another R100 to get it out of customs? don't try an associate this with SARS or customs cause the Duty form doesn't have anything about the R100 listed.

sounds like an investigation on DHL needs to be done. I will not pay the disbursement fee at all. i will take this up with your international headquarters as well as seek to have your SA executives arrested for (Interpol arrest warrants goes a long way).
