Customs Centre is of no help

On the 27 September 2012 we sent on documents to change a Close Corporation name with Customs SARS, and i have been following up day after day and up until today it is still not resolved, I am expecting a container on the 14 November 2013 and I will run into problems because the name change is not done yet. I have begged, asked nicely however i get no feedback and no help from sars.
