Bad Service At Dals Montague

Good day
I took my car in for a quote to DALS panel beaters and only to find out the dont work from car models before 2000
I first spoke to the recptionist ladies and asked them to put in writing that is companys policy that they only work on car models from 2000 and above an not anything before that. The reception ladies then said no and gave me bad attitude. I asked to speak the manager, Schalk and asked him the same question. His response was unfriendly and he would not help us at all. He seemed like he did not care and was unwilling to help me. He said no, wont do that for you.
