, so who cares?

Dear reader

This afternoon I pulled in to the above mentioned station for petrol (please consult your camera footage, I'm the green Renault at the end pump around 6:00pm).
While waiting for my turn, a minibus taxi arrived on the other side of the same pump where I was.
Now a petrol attendant approached, but the taxi driver out of his vehicle starts calling him to serve him first, which said attendant did, knowing full well I arrived first.
I told him exactly this, no apology received. So I then informed Mr Attendant that I would go to another petrol station and will bring this matter up with management.

I see this more than a snub - this is where the black guy helps the other black guy and the white guy. If I were second & he wanted to serve me first, I would have told him to serve the taxi first. Fair is fair, so don't treat me badly when I am naturally respectful to all.

So Caltex/Chevron, you have just lost not only my business, but my company's business and as many friends as I can tell. This was my station of choice for business and personal but I'll rather go to Engen on Conrad Drive - they were much more helpful when I got there at 6:05pm.
