If you are a first time buyer for a car, do not go to Hyundai Brackenfell. Firstly they are supposed to do a check on the car that they are selling (? 101 point check), however they do not. We were told to check the car out to see if there was any faults that had to be repaired, which my husband and I did, however, we did not check the spare tyre, as we saw that it looked new. After a year we had the tyres rotated and was told that the spare tyre had a punchure. Approaching a salesperson at Hyundai Brackenfell, I told them about the problem and they said they would talk to the manager about the tyre and they might be able to replace it but was up to the manager. They never came back to me or took my details. The third time I went back I talked to the manager and he said he would be able to replace the tyre and do a diagnostic on the car, as it was the 3rd time the car was in for a problem with the fan belt. However, when the car came back from the dealership, the tyre was not replaced and I am not sure if they did a diagnostic on the car. Thus he was not good at his word.
