Outstanding service

We dispatched wine to a client on the 13th February 2013 from Cape Town to Lanseria airport. The wine was supposed to arrive on the 15th. Our client then informed informed us that it had to be at the airport by 8h30am as there was a limited window for the consignment to make its way onto the plane.

I spoke to Tom, the courier and he told me Lanseria falls in his afternoon run. He subsequently re routed his daily run to accommodate us. Dewald in Operations personally offloaded our parcel from the Cape Town truck and ensured Tom received it in time and confirmed the new delivery time constraint with him. All the while keeping me informed. I received confirmation of delivery and everything went according to plan.

This is the type of service I have come to expect from Fastway and simply justifies our decision to move all our business to them.
