NOT RECEIVING MY BANK CARD

I got notified on 23 January 2013 that CCD Couriers have received my bank card. They gave me a reference number to track my card. If I use that reference number, it refers back to my bank card I received in May 2010!!! I still cannot believe or understand why FNB makes use of this courier company and if it is FNB'S own courier company, they should really do something about it the bad service CCD is delivering. I cant draw money or pay for anything as I have not yet received my card, after waiting for it all this time.
