SA Post Office
Sapo do not answer there phones, hold and then cut

I have been waiting for a package which normally takes up to 14 days to arrive. Its now been over 20days and all the post office can tell me is that its at jhb hub and I should phone them to find out why...
I have been trying to phone them for 3 days now and they just don't bother to answer their phones..
How can I find out if theres a problem if the can't even answer a phone???

This is absolute bull, I want to know whats going on with my goods!!!
