Time Freight
BAD SERVICE

I have come to the conclusion that Time Freight is not the ideal company to use to transport goods.

I had a brand new gas stove sent from Witbank to Empangeni on the 12 December 2012

On arrival (2 days late) it was found to be damaged and parts missing, obviously we did not accept it.

It is now the 12 February and i am still waiting to be paid out, apparently my claim which has gone from Witbank to Nelspruit to Pietermaritzburg to Johannesburg is now laying on the table of the CEO (Dave) waiting for him to make the decision.

My son and his family must just wait patiently without a stove in their house while everyone else who have stoves in their houses decide to make good their mistakes.
