The other Renault dealerships surely have a tremendous amount of catching up to do if they are to come close to the level you are operating on. No doubt I have previously had a mishap regarding a part ordered however Chris as well as his staff have always gone the EXTRA mile in preserving and continually striving to beat their best for the customers!!!
