Spectacular service from Thuso in Edenvale/Bedford

I work for a company which ships a large amount of our orders to clients out of our immediate area and as such we make use of Berco Express Couriers.

The gentleman that services our area, Thuso, is simply amazing! Every day he arrives to collect our parcels to be shipped off to our clients with a smile and a sincere personal greeting to every single member of staff at our offices, from the cleaning ladies right the way up to the director of the company. He goes out of his way to be helpful, advisory, courteous and friendly, every single time we see him, without exception!

There have been times when we have forgotten a parcel, or a payment for an order came through just after he had left. Knowing full well that either we, or our client, would still be charged despite the circumstances, he is merely a quick phone call away! We have his cell phone number which he volunteered to us and if we call him to ask a favour he turns right around and as quickly as is safely possible is back to rectify the situation!

Thuso, or Mr T as he is affectionately known by us, sincerely deserves recognition for his outstanding service, reliability, friendliness and superb attitude! Great job Mr. T! ;)
