Bad service, this guys doing a disservice to brand

I took my merc c200 to a john Williams dealership in ladybrand with a gear shift problem. Instead of attending my car a technician drove it out and came back about an hour later with an almost empty tank and a quite few kilometers on the clock.

They then came back with a story that my vehicle problem was due a rodent problem which I reckon had nothing to do with a non functional reverse gear shift and mercedez was not going to cover it considering the vehicle has only done 35k. I hate the dealership and cant wait to get rid of the thing.
