DAMAGED UPS

In November 2012 we had E.P.X collect a UPS from JHB for delivery to our office in Middelburg. When we opened the package after they had dropped it off it was completely destroyed, they had dropped it and it was covered in battery acid. The unit is completely unrepairable and a replacement unit will cost R13000.00. E.P.X said it was their fault and we then proceeded to send them an invoice. It is now February 2013 and we have gotten no feedback from them and our client is extremely upset with us. When I call to find out what is happening they give me different names of who is now handling the matter and when I try and call these people they are always busy and never return my calls. We have been patient for a long time but we feel this issue needs to be resolved.
