Fitting a steering rack

I bought a steering rack from Autozone Empangeni on 20/7/2023 for R3900. I took it to Tyres & More Empangeni on 11/8/2023 and paid R2500. After they installed it, my steering wheel was hard to drive. I went back, and they knocked on something and said it was fine, but it was still the same.

I lodged a complaint on their site, and Willem Victor contacted me, advising me to go to TWT in Richards Bay. The man there showed me that the steering oil was leaking and said they would fix it. They fetched my car the next day. When the car was still not right after that, I went back and talked to Nigeshi. She told me the man who worked on my car was fired and that someone else would fix it. It was still not fixed.

I contacted Willem Victor and told him that my car was still leaking steering oil. He told me he would talk to the head of TWT (a lady) and that maybe the steering rack was faulty. I went to Ermelo this past weekend, and when I came back, my car was pulling to the left. Today, 27/9/2024, I went to TWT Empangeni, thinking I needed wheel alignment, and they told me that one tire was damaged and that I needed to get a new tire. I told them about the steering rack, and they told me to replace the tire and steering rack; otherwise, I would have to do wheel alignment twice.

I went to a mechanic, and he told me it was not the steering rack that was faulty but that the man who installed it made a mistake. I tried to phone Willem Victor for answers but couldn't get hold of him. I have been driving around with steering oil in my car to top up for over a year now. I drive to PMB and Durban a lot for hospital visits. I cannot afford R6500 again. Can you please help me with this problem because everything started with Tyres & More?
